Refund Eligibility

At Akmal Studio, we strive for perfection. Our refund criteria are as follows:

  • Full refund is applicable if the service has not been initiated within the promised timeframe.
  • No refund will be processed once the final project or service delivery has been completed.

Cancellation Process

Clients can request a cancellation within 2 hours of the transaction. To cancel, navigate to your dashboard or email us at astudio@akmalstudio.in with your order details.

Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your Original Payment Method (UPI, Bank Account, or Card) within 5 to 7 working days. The timeline may vary slightly depending on your bank's internal policies.
